If you follow us on our Facebook page, you will notice that the students are now becoming more active on the page throughout the day. They are beginning to learn about posting, sharing, and networking. They will be posting as groups, as individuals, and anonymously. Everyone will be participating in their own way. They will soon be developing collages for "advertising" animals looking for homes. Everything will be coming available, all in good time. Please be patient as we make this transition. :) Encouragement and positive reinforcement will be greatly appreciated. Soon the students will be posting blog entries, as well. Naturally, the students will only be able to post during the day, so I will still be posting during the evenings and over the weekend. They all have their own unique voices and are VERY excited to share them with you to benefit the animals.
In other news, we are also getting geared up and getting things arranged to begin our first fundraiser of the year for animals in need. :) Be on the look out for posts about these upcoming festivities!
Last, but certainly not least, we want to give a BIG thank you to our fellow R.E.A.C.H.er, Ms. Linda Halscheid for her generous donation to us. Through the Ms. Linda's kindness, we were able to purchase MANY supplies that will be used to fundraise and spread the word about animals in need in our community. We are so grateful for Ms. Linda's support and we thank each of you for following us, and for joining us in our journey to make a difference.
